Personal exercise and movement plans

To help maintain and build muscle and improve your cardiovascular system. Plans that work around your life - do you want to work out at home, in the gym or directly with me. We come up with a plan for that.

Bespoke sleep hygiene plan

Learn why you need those all important Zzzzzs in your midlife, and tips and tricks to get the best sleep of your life.

Introduction to mindfulness

Learning to schedule joy, kindness and better mental health plan. Manage stress, journalling.

Weekly progress meeting

For the first four weeks and then fortnightly for the remaining weeks.

Option to work face to face or remotely

Or a mixture of the two (must be able to come to Kent or surrounding area).
